Email size for incoming mail (POP3) hosted with SiteJockey are limited to 10MB in size.

Email as never intended for large file transfers. If you have a need for communicating with people on a regular basis that includes large files, you have several different options:

• Have your sender save the files to a disk and have them mail the disk to you.
• Ask the sender to optimize (for images) the files prior to sending them to get them below 10MB. Most image applications work fine with files under 10MB in size.
• If they are sending multiple files in the same email, have them send each file individually.

If this is a regular enough occurrence then another type of application can be installed on your web site to allow for file transfers via an HTTP or FTP connection.
