If you are going on vacation or will be away from your email for any length of time, you might want to turn on a 'auto-responder' or vacation message. This way when someone sends you an email, they will get an immediate reply with your message letting them know that you are out of the office and upon when you will return.

1. Login to your web mail at http://www.sitejockey.net/tools/.
2. Once you've logged in click on the Settings > My Auto-responder link at the top.
3. Click on the checkbox to enable the auto-responder.
4. Once you've done that, the Auto-Responder Message tab will be activated, click on it.
5. Here you can create the subject and body for messages that will be sent out while you are away.
6. Click on 'Save' at the top of the page when you've finished and you are done.
7. Lastly, don't forget to turn off the vacation message when you return.
